If you believe in Astrology

Last week I was asked by a couple to accompany them to an orphanage to examine a child whom they wanted to adopt to ensure that the baby was healthy in all respects. When I reached there a Chopra couple was already there and had adopted a child. After I gave my consent about the health of the baby the couple was asked to see the lawyer in the evening to fill up the papers and was advised to give the baby a name of their choice! I just shuddered at the thought; for four & half months the baby had no religion no cast but by evening he will have both! The first child will be a Chopra and the second a Gupta! Then the question arises; did man divide the society or God did it?

In the past our ancestors used to do certain things on regular basis which were nothing but general astrological remedies. I’m using the word general because these remedies can be done by anybody whatever  kind of a horoscope one has.

·        Feed stray dogs with baked bread or biscuits regularly (minimum 43 days). This gives quite good results for you job related/ professional obstacles, particularly so if there is back biting in your office. 

·        Feed coarse grains to birds.

·        Feed cows.

·        Feed the blind. Do at least once in a year around your birthday time, go to a blind school yourself to feed them.

·        Feed crows with bread (Roti) or curd.

·        Always respect your elders, touch their feet to take their blessings.

·        Give full respect to your mother and father. The Moon represents mother and the Sun the father in astrology , and they are two major luminaries in the sky. They also form two LAGANAS (the first house).

·        Take curd with sugar before going out for any important work e.g. examination/ interview / sale purchase of property.

·        For students who get confused in exams! Take an orange peal, break it into nine pieces and carry these nine pieces in your pocket while going for exams.
