1.) Take a 30-60 minute to exercise and walk every day.

2.) Sit in silence 30 minutes each day for prayer and meditation.
 
 3.)
Drink & eat better, examples: green tea, water, blueberries, whole grains, fruits, veggies, salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.
 
 4.)
Read, write, create and enjoy life more than you did last year.

 
5.) Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
 
 6.)
Don't waste your life on energy vampires (negative people) and make peace with your past so it won't wreck the present.
 
 7.)
Don't compare your life to others their journey is for them to master.
 

 8.) D
o the right thing the first time and save yourself some regrets.
 

 
 9.)
Show up for things that matter 50% of success is just showing up.
 

 
 10.)
Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
