Bob's your uncle and is funny idiom. Very catchy to remember.

To Yell or not to yell is the question of control, yes. But who has it all control under control? We're human, aren't we? So let's face the music and yell.... sometimes The consequences??? Oh, they'll be the worse but who thinks about them at the minute of dispute...?! Honestly I'm more to take a side of  a desperate yelling person than a cold-blooded argumentative smarty.

Would that not be about control--that of 'To Yell or Not To Yell?t

Well, in this case, neither rain nor thunder are of help. You just do what you're destined to do and do it well and Bob's your uncle.
