Note: you may have noticed a number of asterisks beside a few words—more should have been included—I will do this on an update. These asterisks are to indicate to you that an explanation will follow somewhere after each lesson.
• Personal Pronoun “it”: while German and English may only have “es” and “it”, and maybe Chinese with它(tā)* respectfully, to indicate a singular, third person noun, Spanish uses various forms depending on grammatical usage: such as, lo/los (masculine—singular and plural), la/las (feminine—singular and plural)—as direct objects; (--as indirect or following a preposition: le/les (masculine/feminine/neutral—singular/plural).

Sounds wonderfully delightful—I 'm always ready to travel. I’m like those obligate ram ventilators such as the great white shark that if the stop—they stop breathing and die.

Any language needs constant practise, even your native one. It's a good exercise for brain - languages learning.

Doni, I'm with you, on your multicountry visit. Let's go on a cruise now.

It has been over 50 years since I spoke to anyone in Chinese; it has been nearly 40 years since I spoke to others in German (except with students, but this has always been so very basic and academic, as has my Spanish and English). My point is that I have forgotten almost all of it. So yes, this project is more for me than for anyone else. Selfish? I don’t think so—I am here for anyone to follow in my wake in learning.

English with doni A Five-Apple Education Thank you, but for those who know me, for me to become one of the better linguists or grammarians they are confident in my ability and drive to achieve this; however, what will be difficult for me is to become one of the most “favored”. I can be very impatient with chosen laziness. I need to work more patiently with those who may need a little motivation when it comes to academic learning. Although working out with weights or any physical training takes motivation and sometimes someone to push you into doing that last curl or that last meter—this type of workout is much different from academic workouts; “the push”—the motivation—needed for learning something such as a new language needs to be a little different—a tenderness needs to be shown with this type of motivation. Of this, I have failed so many times.

I'm learning French right now. There're has always been the problem with French grammar for me. But now step by step with my native language explanations, I'm gradually getting a grip on it. What is unique in learning the new language, you discover  the new culture which can be cuisine, music, cities, movies, people. Even such a small thing as  knitting is different in every country. When you're into it, you can tell right away who it was done by - Germans, Russians, Americans..  The same is with atmosphere when we learn a new language. Learning French I wrap myself into French music, French accordion, imagine small comfy cafes, French artists like Monet. Something that is romantic, something that is artful, like Monet paintings.

The same will be with other languages to be learnt. You'll create an atmosphere of that langage and Voilà the language will be a piece of cake to learn.

Thanks again for the nice lesson. I'll be following it. Every time I visit Florida, Cuba, I need Spanish. And one day I'll visit Spain. What a fun will it be to speak Spanish there. The same is with other languages.

Chinese is a big challenge for me but one thing I have about the Chinese culture is tea culture accompanied with Feng shui music.

very good idea! Apart from English, German is the closest to me from the list.

And it's good to compare with other languages, their grammar structure.

Merci beaucoup!

I posted this work knowing that it was far from being ready to post, but I wanted to get something started on it today and now so that I would be motivated to continue from this day forward.  I mean, have you ever tried to start something such as a daily exercise routine only to find each day a new excuse for not starting it? I didn’t want this to happen to me and the…dream.  So you will be seeing many changes as I move forward on this project—please be patient with me.
