Did you mean Arab sheikhs, Chinese tycoons or Russian oligarhs who think they have more rights. Well, in terms of buying possibilities, yes. I like America in this respect. It makes everyone equal. You can shine no matter what you're made of. The country of self made men and lots of possibilities. That's how i see it to compare to other countries.

It could be that what is being said are Rights are truly Rules of a Society that have been agreed upon and then enforced by law enforcement.


I see no problem with a society having laws and then calling them Rights—Rights as seen by that society. What to me seems to be a potential problem for others—other such societies—is the canonization of one society’s Rights into “Inalienable Rights”—as though they are Rights designed by God—their God—to be followed by all societies.
