I have stay in my classroom for long time.Everyday i stay in the room to read, to write and do experiment. day and night. but the time i work out is so little.
today i played badminton with my classmate. we just played for an hour, i felt very eshausting, so eshausting!
i need to work out!
everyone like me needs to work out!
