Career and family always are critical in life. It is true that lots of women have to face the fact that most of the time career often has conflict with family. In workplace men  think women  should be good at very limitted areas, while being a woman, there IS lots of limitations, no matter you admit or not.  I would like to know more about your opinions.

Today I went to Estee Lauder that is our biggest customer, of course everybody knows. I was so surprised that they called us to hold a meeting while they are so rude to us. They questioned me a lot on schedule for their products while they ignoring all they promised before. Oh, that's so disgusting, they are so political, so exagerating...I feel so sorry for this big company.

There are several kind people who shows much interest on our facility.  But they are not decision makers. Anyway, I know more about them... people working in a big company...
