Ah~the teeth & Espresso

As I serving in a Italian company,I can enjoy the mellow Esprosso from Milano.

I only take a half lump of sugar by fears of gaining more fat.But, I have to say, it is too bitter sometimes.

So, how to solve the problem??

Haha~with my lovly beautiful milky cookies!!!

Ok,I promise,it was very delicious!!!And----

even worse....

I gained even more fat and my teeth went from bad to worse.

I have to re-deal with them this weekend and buy a new pair of squash to begin my sports plan.

P.s:the sentence I read days before:

There is not a Sun in the world,only when the eyes look at it.
