Comic story telling

Rakugo dates back to the late 17th century during the Edo Period. Rakugo started over 300 years ago.Rakugo has its beginnings in the sixteenth century. By the middle of the seventeenth, the use of gestures and facial expression to accent the stories had become common and it had become the custom to include a "punch line," called the ochi, at the end of the story for added effect.Rakugo, a type of traditional Japanese performing art, is currently enjoying a popularity boom in Japan.

 I seen  comic monologue at school. Rakugo performer is English woman.That joke made me roll on the floor laughing. She makes a humorous joke.  I took a flight of fancy in my mind. Rakugo can free up one's imagination. She speak japanese very well. It's charming tale. She has a good knowledge of Japanese culture.

She knows Japanese culture better than I do! She gave us fabulous advice.
