Well, I attend the pre-service training at my own expenses, while among more than 100 people from different systems and departments positions,  probably only my training costs are not reimbursed, which is due to our department just recruit one employee this year ,and there is no precedent to follow.

Anyway, I learned many things from the training courses, not only regarding to legal knowledge, but also including skills of communication and writing. At the same time, met some new friends, although I am not as good as those sociable guy, who look like a duck to water.

There are a lot of things to do in this weekend, such as finishing room of the new house. In fact ,last night I spent several hours to put my books and CDs which are very important for me.

I heard that there is a dinner party again tonight.

When one of the organizers Miss Tian asked me whether I want to participate, I hesitated. In fact, a few days ago, they have had a similar gathering. But at that time, I just joined that group, and so did not participate.

I asked her where the party will be held, and who will attend. But they have not scheduled any restaurant, and the participants I only know one or two people, with only one acquaintance.

Miss Tian persuaded me to say new colleagues from the MBS will go. We will have business dealings with them in the future, just take this  opportunity to get to know each other.

I did not have a direct answer to her, so she said: "To go or not ,send a message to me."

No matter for what to consider, ultimately I chose directly to go home after class, then sent a message to Miss Tian said "I wish you have a pleasure time".

I once thought that more middle-aged people means more competition, more hidden intrigues, but maybe I should have another angle to consider this issue.

Just entering the system, they are full of passion and ambition, hope can have a better future and realize their own value and an ideal opportunity, but perhaps most of them did not figure out the status quo.

I do not know where their sense of superiority comes from ? Perhaps a higher starting point, or maybe just sounds higher level department positions. I only know that they have greater work pressure, at the same time, fewer opportunities for advancement, and if they want to go to other departments , it is more difficult. Just to work they already have endless jobs, and endless overtime , because the department's old colleagues will try to get rid of work with giving them to new employees. Of course, these jobs are tedious, stereotyped, and not important .

However many young people both look down on old comrades, also look down on other new colleagues, who are hired at the same period then assigned to the subordinate departments.

Obviously, this inappropriate sense of superiority will bring them much trouble in the future , but I can only sit on the sidelines.

Gamesters.

Good luck to them.
