Hi to all my friends!

Today I decided to tell u about my country's national dishes. In my country's  there're various dishes which are liked by everybody. For example: plov . It's the most popular.

Now I'll try to explain u how to cook this dish. We need 6 carrots, beef meat (400 g), 2 onions , some oil, spices, rice( 750 g) . This is for 6 persons.

So, first u will cut onions to oily kettle & fry until it becomes yellow, then add there meat . In 5 minutes we add shradded carrots & also fry them during 5-10 minutes. After this, put water & spices (meat must be under the water). So after 45 minutes u wash rice & add to the ingredients which are on the kettle. When u put rice add water until it covers the rice. Wait till the water disappears & then cover the kettle with a lid & wait 15 minutes.

After this open it & mix up them. Usulaly it's eaten with salad which includes tomatoe, cucumber, onion, oil, salt.(cut & mix up).

Bon appetit!

reeze, thanks for telling us about plov.It whetted my appetite.Do you know that we call it "pilav" in Turkey. The main distinguishing feature between two meals is that "pilav" does not include carrot, meat or anything else."Pilav" is cooked by including only rice and chickpea.I will be waiting for your upcoming introduction of your national dishes.
