It name is YuXiang meat(from GuiZhou in Chinese) .slight hot,slight sweet,slight salty.
1 prepare for makings : thin pork 250g,garlic 15g,green chinese onion 15g,cooking wine 5ml,soy sauce 15ml,cinegar 30ml,bittern 3g,sugar 15ml,balsam 3ml,water 45ml,double starch water 30ml ;
2 way:a.make the pork to threadiness ,garlic cut up to like fuzz,the chinese onion cut up to strip
b.take the pork to starch water stir five min.then take
