oh~my~god~

 I want to lose weight,but it's too difficult to go on a diet.

I can't control my desire to eat sweet food such as chocolate,cake amd candy.

 If I lost 2~3 kilogram,I would be good.

 So,who can tell me the method about lose weight.

 please~tell me your experience.

 

 I really need a good plan !!!!!!!!!

thanks for your suggestion .I believe that I will be healthy :)

I will try to cut out sweet food and exercise regularly.

Damn I have the same problem cause I've put on weight in 5 month since I was stressed because of school...When I'm stressed I start to eat so much especially junk food and sweet things o.O

first of all I need to say that the sentence : I am very needing a good plan has a bad grammar.You should say i really need a good plan ;)

 

second of all Losing weight must be wise. you cannot lose your weigh in a week because there is sth called jo-jo effect and you will gain double as mush as you lost if you stop diet. Do not go on a diet. You even do not have to cut off your sweets if it is not too much per day ;) just exercise dear;) ever a 5 minutes of jumping regularly everyday will show effect soon ;)

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

losin weight is not that difficult ..you can try swimming its really effective...or try eating more fruits and vegetable salads instead choclates ....remember garbage in = garbage out , fat in = fat out
