I can't sleep very well!

when i get up every morning,i feel so bad,so sleepy,why?

And i always have dreams,

so i felt very tired when i wake up!

almost everyday except weekend.

and now i am still depressed!

it seems that i was fighting against the blue emotion everymorning!

lovelyideals Albania	that is a little trouble and sometime i meet the situation like that .maybe you should listen some light music before going to bed , which may do u good and i hope you soon get rid of it and good luck!
