Typhoon Morakot has hit Taiwan and caused severe damage on
Aug. 7th,2009.

The levels of rainfall broke records, reaching between 2,500 and 2,900 millimeters in the past few days, levels higher than that of the flood on Aug. 7, 1959 which killed more than 600 people, mostly in the southwest.

Please kindly support us and pray for the people who are still suffering. Let us hope that the people of Taiwan will survive and recover from the damage with faith and love.

Des centaines de morts et blessés. Beaucoup ont tout perdu et n'ont plus rien. Aindons-les ! 2009年8月7日、台風８号が台湾を直撃しました。
南部に二、三日間豪雨が振り続き、各地で最大雨量の記録が更新されました。
山地では一日の雨量が2500ミリを越えたと言われます。
それで大規模の土石流が複数発生し、
数百の住民が生き埋めに遭ったと言われます。

マスコミでは「五十年間で最悪の水害」として報じられますが、
五十年前の八．七水災を上回る災害だと見てる方々もいます。

被災者の痛みや悲しみを癒し、被災者のお力になるため、
ネットで皆様のご協力を頂きたいです。
台湾のため、被災者たちのために、災後復興のために
どうぞご一緒に祈ってください！

El tifón 'Morakot' arrasó Taiwán.
Superó todas las predicciones sobre su poder destructivo y desencadenó las peores inundaciones en más de 50 años, casi ha inundado todo el sur de Taiwán.
