Everyone should be respected.
In the work, maybe when you make a mistake or deal with all the things out of order, you teacher will not let you to handle them again. Is it right? Don't know. They do not ask you to do the things, just for little small things, you will feel upset.
Yes, I know this feeling. In my job, my teacher is dishonest to me. That makes me have a idea that the job is not suitable for me.
When you do the job in the small field with your collegue, it needs cooperation and respect and theire trust. But where is it?
