I can tell EVERYONE about this building ;-)
There is the whole story about it. 5 years ago our government had decided to build a new library, because old building wasn’t apropriate. But new building was going to be too expensive. Soo we were literally collecting money from the whole country :) It has opened something like a 1,5 ago. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes here on this building, even a gym.
I personally think that this kind of building is not the building it should be. Library is about books and culture, and this one is about modern construction. Anyway, it’s something that stands out of the whole city background, you see! And at night it is flashing with lots of lights, not very beatiful, but… interesting.
