You’ve brought up another lie about Judaism, and I’m glad I proved that it was nonsense.
The soul is converting, that is true, but the body has to go through the stages that Jews went through when they became ‘Jews’ in the proper sense at mount Sinai. Just like the actions of our body, negative and positive, can affect out soul.
That includes circumcision (a MUST in Judaism) and immersion in a ritual bath.

Male converts are in the presence of the 3 rabbis.
Female converts have to have it done by proxy, because obviously rabbis aren’t supposed to see a woman naked.
That’s why you have female witneses.
What you’re suggesting is definitely wrong:

No.
A female convert goes to a mikvah, and there is a witness in the place of the rabbis:
“a female is to be accompanied by a person familiar with the practice, such as a rabbi’s wife, the mikveh escort, or a very knowledgeable friend who herself uses the mikveh.”

That’s the big problem. Because you read all one-sided views on Judaism, mainly negative, you don’t understand the actual religious meanings of what you’re talking about.
The thanks that ‘gd did not make me a woman’ has nothing to do with whether women or men are better, but simply to do with the added responsibilities that men have in Judaism. It’s saying thanks for these added duties. It’s apart of a set including: ‘for not making me a slave, and not making me a non-Jew’.
