I think the best method to learn English is to travel to an English-speaking country (I believe there are a few) ... this method is called “immersion” if I’m not mistaking.
Incredible the speed at which you can learn this way…
If that’s not possible, ‘chatting’ like we do here may be a second-best substitute.
Another thing I noticed: if you have ‘musical ear’ you get to “feel” the language.

xandraa, thx. for your reply.
I think the English formulation of what you wanted to say might sound better this way:
“I’m afraid your assumption is not correct, as this group picture was not taken in Constanta”
Obviously you can have fun in many places. In my comment I was just trying to make a connection with your sea-side pictures. So, if you managed to “hop” to a nicer beach like Constanta (or Mamaia or another Romanian seaside resort) – like Greek islands, for example, that much the better. I’m a big fan of Portugal seaside myself (spent a full month in Lagos, Portugal last year, but it was in November, so not much bathing that time as the water on the beach was actually “freezing”, luckily many other activities were open ;)
cheers!
