Fantastic Co-Workers and students of English

They’re all engineers on assignment to the US. Notice the second person from the right in the picture, his son was a go-cart racer and took first place many times. He and his wife would have to get up early Saturday and Sunday morning to travel to the go-cart races. They had a lot of fun in the US.
In the beginning his English was very low but with encouragement and English instruction he returned to Japan speaking English very well. We sat next to each other and talked about many things.
