Please go to my page, there is a blog of mine and you can start to study the slangs one by one.
As you see there are two sentences in each picture, the first one is: “Standard English” and the other is “American Slang”, as the matter of fact, you read and learn one sentence in two ways. Do not rush; learn them step by step or one by one. Learning each one for one day would be cool.
