I am not good enough in english. But i know those differents. Let me try to explain here.

kinly bear with me for my mistakes.

No. Both are not same. If you 'go to office' means you are going to office to do the work only. But if you are saying "go to the office" means you going to soming in the office not necessary

it will be only  the office job.So if you are using to means you specifying the work.
