i have the impression that indians usually have good english, much better than chinese.

chinese students spend lots of time to learn english,but gain less,i don't know why.

Hay  sinozhao there is nothing like that.

But the fact is that British had ruled India near about 200 hundred  years.For that Indians are abit familiar to English.You can say it is some thing like heritage.

But don't be demoralized.

There is nothing can't be done.There is only one way through wich you can speak English better and that is a regular practice.
