Are you unhappy?

I have a question.
What do you do when you are unhappy?

It depends. But most of the time I either go to bed or eat.

most of time when i am unhappy i sleeping

Im not unhappy but sometimes we can feel us unhappy in this case the better is to think about all the wonderfull things that we have that other people don’t have like a family, food, house and friends and we must say thanks God for all that.
