I think you shouldn’t worry.you have to be confident yourself.you see it as the usual work that you have to do!and you feel that work is very interesting as a recreational activity to help you relax.you have to try again!

When I was a student I felt very nervous every time I was asked to make a presentation in front of a crowd no matter I had prepared it beforehand or just a on-the-spot presentation.

I remember when I was in university, I was asked to make a 5-minute presentation in class. I should say I makde a very preparation but when it was my turn when I stood in the front of the classroom, my mind suddenly blanked out. So I took out the script and read it. It was terrible! I felt very embarrassed.

yes,as they said practice make perfect

try to prepare and practice infront of friends

and to feel less nervouse ,Imagine yourself doing well and able to answer question .your mind will believe that.

and If you have friends ,you can give them questions ,you know the answersInnocent

but it's kinda cheating heheh

in front of people imagine that they are babys something that make you like (don't care)

you may be nervouse the first two minutes but after that you will forgot that it's a pressentation.

believe me just enjoy your presentation, imagine yourself

an actress you like Laughing

Hi yy0827!

I wish you good luck with your presentation tomorrow. Luck is something we all need sometimes. :)

Since you said you are afraid of questions raised by your classmates, I guess you may want to try the way I tried when I was a student. ^^

Your presentation is not necessary to be long. A long presentation sometimes makes people bored and sleepy. It does not necessarily cover all the points you have in your hands. Just pick some points that you think you understand the most and concentrate on them. But please make sure that all the points you present must make sense as a whole. :) If you do it this way, you don't have to spend too much time studying everything considering that your presentation is scheduled to be on tomorrow. As you understand all the points in the presentation well, you will not find it difficult for you to answer your classmates' questions. DON'T PUT ANYTHING THAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND IN FRONT OF YOUR CLASSMATES' EYES. ;)

And one more thing is that you should not read all the things written in slides. Your classmates can read them by themselves. When they are reading, if you also read out loud, it's kind of disturbing them and they can't understand what you want to say well. Therefore, DON'T WRITE IN SLIDES EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO SAY. Keep some in your mind and say them when you are presenting.

If you definitely can't answer a question, PLEASE DON'T TRY TO ANSWER IT. You can simply say something like "That's a very interesting question. But I'm afraid that I have not learned about it. Could someone please help me answer that question?" Surely, some people would love to answer it if they know it well. And what you do is to thank the person who helps you.

And finally, a good sleep tonight would be very nice.

I don't think my way would work for everyone. But at least it did help me some times.

Again, a lot of good luck to you, yy0827.

Unfortunately, some of us are more nervous than others, though time is a great healer.  So, after doing a few presentations, we may be able to overcome our fear of public speaking.

If we feel that we panic too much, a trained therapist could help us to learn how to relax and to be calm with the use of relaxation exercises and systematic desensitization.
