How to improve my listening skills

  My English test was just ending. And I didn't do well this time. And my report card must be disappointed.

I  had never made so many mistakes in my listening part. Maybe I was too nervous.  And now I find my listening is not good as before. 

 I felt very anxious about my situation now.

So can u give some advice on how to improve my listening skills?
