explain me somebody…what do 'all fees charged' means? Please…

it is actually an information asked by a company X which wants some extra information about company Y

So X wants to know all the fees or costs that are charged by company Y. These costs could be shipping, taxes, withholding fees, freight (same as shipping), maybe brokerage fees for a border crossing, etc.
