why the people wanna chat and then why do not they chat?

There are many people in the forums that say "I wanna talk on msn","I wanna chat".....and they give their msn or yahoo…..I have added some of them to chat…but many people do not chat ….also even do not answer he/she wants or not chat…interesting:)

yes, i agree with you.i have ever add some people,but only a few one can be online sometime.

u are right also..but I mean very different…my problem is I can see online added people, they do not even answer only "hi"....:)

as u said somebodies are not online generally too.
