I mean where should put my lip first? on her lip or on her mouth?

And can you remember when you kissed someone? or When someone kissed you??

I think it depends of you and her,what you feel and want.There's no rules.I think when boy is going to kiss a girl he knows and feels how to do this;)

you could try just lightly, barely kissing her, sort of tease her with a light touch. Like the feeling of a feather across your cheek. If she seems into it then kiss her for real. Some times the lightest touch is the best. If she likes you then this may make her want to kiss you even more.
