how to keep good mood when the hard work hit u?

with hard work or tired job , how do we keep in good mood??

may apend some time for your self like goimg to spa…

If u still in office with many boring jobs..just listen to the music..,and sing .. But if U have time (out of office), do what U like/your hobbies..such as massage, hair creambath, karaoke, etc. Have fun and relax…

take time for rest and let the mind be positive.

accept the hard and tired job as it is but keep in mind that it is an enjoy things to finish or deal with.

reward yourself if u can manage staying in a cool/good mood like "how great i am. i can stay in a calm/good/cool mood even i face a hard/tired job"

just hold on and assume a good end.

If I was you, I would buy a portable device to watch DVDs ( especially DVDs with american movie)at work. However, if it isn't allowed at your site of work, just imagine that you are King or Queen and self-enjoy the service of invisible servers. Becareful not to show any strange behaviour !ortherwise you'd better bear that condition.
