N The Hotest Place to Hang Out During Spring Or Summer [September To March] Is Punta Del Este [Its A Peninsula] N Cruises From Around The World Make A Stop There. This Year There Were over 200 Cruises From All Over The World. Americans Hsng out in Punta. Europeans Hang Out In Punta. So Basically Summer Tourism For Young People Happens In Punta Del Este.

Montevideo Is More Alike NYC.

Punta Del Este More Alike Miami, Acapulco, Cancun.
