How is Iran ruled?

ello, From about two weeks I'm searching/reading information about Iranians and their history/culture (what the shame that only now…) and I still have problem with this question: How is Iran ruled? Where is place of president,parliament,supreme leader, army, police, judiciary?
Does this graph (which I have found here http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/8051750.stm ) truly mirrors Iranian "ruling network"?
