Saudi Arabia

Alsalam Alikum

hi every one

how are u

i really miss u and this great website ..

I came back with great program

 Ramadan changed me

The idea of the program:
" Ramadan has changed me " is one of the programs executed by "Holol" center for counseling and training . The main idea of the program is that Ramadan is a real chance for every Muslim to improve, develop, promote and change himself /herself to the better. The change includes ideas, attitudes and behaviour. The fuel of this anticipated change is the strength gained through fasting. That means in Ramadan we are more able to change our character, negative habits to the better than any other time

Surveying existent projects dealing with and manipulating Ramadan, we found no accurate scientific means that can measure how much change one has achieved. Therefore, psychological tests have been included in the program ( these psychological tests are available to subscribers only ). The subscriber is to do
the test through the site (from now to the 9th  of Ramadan). This test is considered the pre-test.
After performing the test, the subscriber is to follow up the episodes that will be broadcasted by Huda TV English channel.
do assignments, keep in touch with what is new in the site and apply it in his life .
Day by day, he will notice positive changes of his bad habits and development in his good habits . This follow up will continue until the 20th of Ramadan on Huda TV English channel.
During the last ten days of Ramadan, the subscriber will keep intensively applying what he has taken during the first twenty days. At the end of the month the subscriber should log on to the site and perform the after program test which will be compared with the pretest. Through the comparison process, the deal of change will be clearly and accurately identified .
The subscriber is to keep applying what he has learned in all sessions even after Ramadan.  In Dul'qa'dah he/ she  should do a sequential test that shows his keeping on applying the new positive changes which he has achieved through the program.

Aims of the program:
1. To experience an integrated training program in Ramadan and achieve positive outcomes , this will make Ramadan not merely passing of days but also acquisition of positive attitudes, values, principals and behaviour .
2. Achieving the supreme essential aim of human life; truly and sincerely worshipping Allah.
3. Being more faithful to Allah through more obedience and more good deeds.
4. Making use of influential human power.
5. Achieving permanent psychological comfort in one's life
6. Strengthening human will in both dealing with good and bad habits.
7. Being extremely distant of bad unrecommended habits that should be quitted forever.

The way in which the program is presented:
The subject of the problem is going to be presented in an interesting way to the valued viewers. It is going to be presented as competitions. These competitions are two types:
1. The daily competition:
This competition is for unsubscriber viewers. Daily rewards have been dedicated to this competition.
2. Monthly competition:
This competition is for subscriber viewers. Extremely fantastic rewards have
been dedicated to this competition. A special ceremony will be made to thank and congratulate winners
Being a winner is not exclusive to daily and monthly competitors, but is also available to viewers at home. The subject of the program is carefully prepared and designed by many consultants and specialists. The idea of the program in details is as follows:
