equal salary is not possible

hello, everybody wishes equal salary of male and female workers, but is it possible?

Germany made a test at german universities. the test was about knowledge. as result it occurs that women are 23 % less good than there male students. we in germany have a difference of salary between male and female of 24%! i think it is ok,  because the women live often in harmony and work not so hard as their opponent. What do you think? Is it equal today?

I think they should be equal..

In this time man and woman work for the same reason..

the woman work out saide becouse , they need the money for spending.
