How to controy yourself?

  Sometimes I really can't controy myself.

  You konw,I like smoking and certianly konw smoking is bad to my health.However,I can't controy myself not to smoke any more!

You don’t have to give up smoking as long as you like it .Smoking’s sometimes helpful for people to think during their work.If you’re at your work and you have some problems there,you feel that your self is stressed ,you won’t be able to think and you won’t be able to control your tension.You take one cigarette from your pocket and you start smoking.Then,the solution comes directly and every thing is going to be OK ,Looooool.With respect to people who have started smoking ,the life without smoking would be nothing to them.Huh….

  I'm a student of a college,and I have not enough  money to smoke.What's more ,the college doen't allow me to smoke.

you should learn how to controy yourself.in this complex society,every one should have an ability of controling themself's will which u don't want to happen,if u don't have this ability,you will do something out of your control, and then will get into trouble and lose a lot of thing
