I think anyone can get depressed because we are not in the paradise.  Usually, I go for a long sleep.

A mild depression might go away after some time. For other forms of depression, I think that one should consult a doctor, such as a psychiatrist. They may then refer you to a psychotherapist, and they may also prescribe medication. Very serious  forms of depression may require other forms of  treatment. Though there is still some stigma in seeking psychiatric help, psychiatric and psychological therapists are now found in many countries.

Other treatment options are to take part in sports, keeping busy, hobbies, music, family and friends, keeping a pet, meditating and praying, community work and helping others, etc.

Hi dear.

It's not easy to face a depression, but in my opinion you should talk to someone who you really like and tell him / her what you're feeling. I'm sure a friend can help you much more than a doctor. If you go to a psychologist, he will prescribe sleep pills and they won't help you to solve your problems. I think you need to face up this depression and try to solve your problems. I don't know what they are about, but you have to be positive and see how life is good when we avoid the problems.

I just tell myself that depression is not gonna let me do the things the right way, being depressed takes your time and time is gold, so I move on with my life,
