how can you understand if someone lies?

The face is used more often than any other part of the body to cover up lies. We use smiles, nods and winks in an attempt to cover up, but unfortunately for us, our body signals tell the truth

So don't lie anymore 

Its comlecated to understand this, but you have to answer this questions before you judge that "lier"

1. Is he/she a trust person

2. Is it a big thing

3. Is he/she talk about someone you know, or about you

4. is it has a big effect "the lie" or just for fun

5. what is your heart telling you

 It is all about Logic ! When someone lies , you can notice that in the way they speak , confused , saying whatever comes to their mind ! Eyes , face traits tell that too ! And most important , your sense : if you have a strong and sincere sense , you may know whether a person lies or tells the truth ..

 Experience then , and the fact that you are accustomed to "detecting" lies , may help you much!
