Do you think that The Cure was an emo band?

I think they do`cause they dress, sang, and act like emos. Also the expert describes them like emos, but there people that denies they were. 

So… what do you think?

I think they weren't. There was no emos in the 80s. Not that kind of emos, if you know what I mean…

The cure???? certainly,not!!!  emo music was born from hardcore! the cure is not hardcore…They played and mixed many musical styles but not hardcore..

Actually emos come  from the gothic, not from the hardcore, and there were gothic people in that time.

i meant emo-music come from the hardcore-punk…

but not gothic..
