hair style

I'm a student of English translation.

In the novel I'm reading now, one middle-aged guy 's hair is expressed as "fair hair giving out in front".

Another old guy 's hair is expressed as "full head of charged white hair brushed back".

Would you explain their hair styles in easier words?

 Thank you very much.

Hi! Thanks for your questions. It sounds like in the first description, the man has light-colored hair and he is starting to become bald in the front.

In the second description, a "full head of hair" means that someone has a lot of hair. He is not going bald and his hair is thick. "Charged" means that the hair stands up a little, like the bristles on a brush.

I hope that helps!
