This sentence is correct? or Is there a differences?

Hi! Both sentences are correct. When you say"I'm busy today," it means you have a lot to do today and aren't free to do something else. For example, if a friend asks you to get lunch with him you might say, "I can't, I'm busy today."

"It's been busy" means there has been a lot happening, not just today but also in the past. For example, a waitress might say "It's been busy" when a lot of people have been coming into her restaurant today and for some time before today.
