Hi , dear teacher , my question as below is not concerned about English learning, but I don’t know how to contact with the website manager, so please help me to resolve the problem, or convey my question to responsible person. Thanks very much!
At 6:09pm, April 17(Beijing time), I got a message which shows that I paid 42dollars by credit card on Englishbaby website. But surprisedly, I didn’t make any on-line consumption at that time actually. I checked the recent records of my credit card payment, there is only one record about Englishbaby: I paid 42dollars for English baby yearly membership at 10:30pm,April 10(Beijing time), which is actual and done by myself undoubtedly. So, I’m not sure whether Englishbaby website made a mistake to charge twice for membership service, or someone stolen my credit card to buy on-line products? I already told the above message to the bank, can you check it meanwhile. I appreciate for your attention and help.
