Dialog
1. Listen and Read - Listen to the audio and read the dialog at the same time.

Dave: The new season of American Idol started last night, right?
Taylor: Yes, with a two-hour premier, starting with a recap of last season and seasons in the past. And then starting with the, ah, visits by the talented and mostly untalented masses.
Dave: Now, I don’t know…I’ve only seen one or two episodes, a couple years ago. What’s happening in the, in the show?
Taylor: Well, the structure of the show is, this first month or so shows you the people auditioning for the chance to be on the show.
Dave: Okay.
Taylor: Now, ah, about ten people from every city end up going to Hollywood.
Dave: Okay.
Taylor: Which is where the next level of eliminations happen.
Dave: And what do they ultimately win? They get, like, a record deal, right?
Taylor: They get a record deal, you know, they’re for sure going to get some commercial deals, they’re going to get to fill stadiums.
Dave: Kelly Clarkson, she won a couple of years ago.
Taylor: A number of years ago.
Dave: Yeah. But she’s still around. I don’t know if she’s talented, but I know plenty of people who like her music.
