Irene,  this is unfair, as yet  I have hardly eaten a morsel  and you come up with all these pastries.    yummie . aaaarf !!!! 

It’s just my favorite subject to talk about. I adore  all kinds of pies, but most of all I love small pies (short pies)with different stuff: fruit, vegetable, meat, rice and eggs, spring onion and eggs, poppyseeds, raisins and  Circassian walnut, curds and much more types of them. They are actually a very simple kind of bake and look like that.

But there are many kinds of big round or rectangle pies.

I like baking, and all my family is always glad to taste some pies from Irene.:) Ready to bake! :)

It’s so intersting for me to find out something new about  the cuisine of other nations. I’d like to taste all of pies.:)

 I see pies everywhere, of all kinds and shapes, every aisle I pass by. I came in for carrots and kales, I end up buying pie and the cashier is giving me  a stern look at the register . I’m guilty! : )

    How could someone ever turn down a slice of freshly baked pie! There’s something seducing about this edible delicacy that makes people who even  hold  strong distaste for sweets,  weak . “Ok, just one bite, no more for me” you hear them say  “ a little sweet, but yeah it’s good mmm really good…oops I think I got some on my shirt. It’s gone now” ( licks finger off )  : ). I personally take little care in what type of fruity gooey is inside , all I know is when I puncture  that lattice golden hued crust with my teeth something juicy is going to meet my taste buds and give me goose bumps for 5 seconds to say the  very least :) .  It is that spirit and flexibility that drives to my local bakeries  and randomly select whichever pie meets my eyes the first .  You know, it’s that kind of unspoken attraction people feel with animals at an adoption fair, that’s exactly how I choose my pies, they just speak to me that way “ pick me up and eat me I’ll stick to your ribs”. : )

    I know what you’re thinking, you’re probably picturing me as a couch potato stuffing my face with pies with the lower bulge of my double chin serving me as bib ;). You’re wrong, I’m sitting on a stool , I’m kidding.  But, pies, like any good food  is very fattening when consumed excessively, so moderate your portions. I had a moment of clarity a few months ago; Instead of buying a whole pie and cut myself too big of wedges at a time ;) I prefer to buy a dozen of mini pies; they look like tarts and are slightly smaller than a regular size cupcake. I mean, I’m more self-conscious when I eat more than two of those. Because? “One is not enough, and three is too many!” ;).

   Which is my favorite? Wow, I hope all choices in life were like picking pies !!: ). It’s a tough call, choosing between apple pies and peach pies, but I’d  go with the latter, it tastes a little more “exotique”. OK Ebaby you won, one more slice for me, but tomorrow I’m hitting the treadmills : )

I like pies a lot, but I rarely eat them, because it is quite time-consuming and difficult to bake them). More often I have a deal with PIROGHOK. Piroghok is a little pie, it is very … handy, easy to eat, so you can buy it almost in every cafeteria in Russia.

I wasn’t patient enough to finish the whole page but i do love the pic of the pie hahaha xD it gets me hungary xDD 

Moriza,  what a  cute and chubby  baker.    Even though   his  feet  are all smeared with flour , I wouldn´t mind to eat his treat for me. :))))

I LIKE APPLE AND LEMON PIES.It is very delisious when fresh fruit is added into the pie.

Julito,this little boy is going to bake a pie for you .Please,don,t judge him strictly if he put a mousse at the top of a pie.(haha)

pies are always good but i would say its great to have some good pie with a coffee mug in winters. its a treat to our pie holes to enjoy different ilk of pies. i like apple an berry pies and some other fruits pies too. i like roasted dryfruits pie with fresh fruits sause alot in winters. choclate pies are always great to have whatever the weather would be. we people bake quiches too with great tastes but i have sweet tooth so for me pie is something with lil sugar and fruits.

I can easily fall for a guy who brings me any kind of apple pie and a nice cup of coffee. :)))
