There’s nothing worse than not being able to sleep. When you suffer from insomnia, it can take you hours to fall asleep. Or, you might fall asleep OK, but then you wake up in the middle of the night.
People use many different strategies to help with sleep trouble. Some read. Some try counting sheep. But sometimes nothing works, and you’re stuck being awake when you don’t want to be.
