Going to concerts is a lot of fun. Usually we buy tickets in advance. Most of the time we do this on the phone.
To get those tickets, we often pick them up at a place called Will Call. This is an area at the concert that holds your tickets until the concert starts.
Recently Beth went to a concert. She ordered her tickets on the phone. Then she picked them up at Will Call. Read on to see how she did it.

1. Study - Read the dialog again to see how the vocab words are used.

Before you go to a concert, you must order a ticket. It’s easy to order tickets on the phone. First, you call the Ticket Sales number. Tell them what concert you want to see. They will usually ask you for:
1. Your name
2. Your contact information (address, phone number)
3. Your credit card number
When you arrive at the concert, you should go to the Will Call area. The ticket agent at Will Call will ask to see your photo ID. You can show them any form of ID. Show a passport, a driver’s license, or a student ID card. They will check your name and ID and will give you your tickets.
