Do you ever throw caution to the wind and do something crazy? What ways do you like to get an adrenaline rush? For many people, rafting can be a fun way to get outside and get excited, too.

The scenery is often very beautiful when rafting. Most of the time you can just relax and enjoy the ride. Just make sure you don’t go overboard during the rapids!

I have been rafting before in San Jose, which is the capital of Costa Rica.  My partner and I were visiting San Jose and decided to throw caution to the wind and get and adrenaline rush.  I must say that at first I was terrefied.  Before we started our jorney, the guide told us to pay close attention to the instructions or that otherwise we could die in th eriver.  Therefore, it was a pretty intense experience, but I enjoyed at the end.

I have never gone  rafting and there is a scant chance that i will ever practice this extreme sport. Throw caution to the wind it is not for me ,  I have climbed with a friend a mountain in Washington State , what i remember from this experience is fear ,even the thought of it creeps me out .  It was me , a false step  and 300 hundred  meters below… death. Bye, bye.

I have never been rafting. Part of me likes the adrenaline rush and throw caution to the wind to new experience and fun. But the other part of me thinks rafting is terrifying and prefer to be on safe ground.

But in general I like new experience, one day maybe I tray rafting on the river, It seems to be so interesting. If there is no any change in our life it will be so frustrating, sometimes if we can, throwing caution to the wind could be useful for us, to being refresh and happy.

I haven’t come over from the mountain skiing and now a new challenge, whitewater rafting. I don’t have that much adrenaline left:) but I can take goggles in case to be thrown overboard,  just to have a look what lies beneath. Hopefully bears will not bother me:)

Last summer some of us got together and went to Kithulgala, a very famous place for whitewater rafting in Sri Lanka.

I was very thrilled and didn’t worry that much about throwing caution to the wind. But when I went closer to Kelani river and saw some people almost throwing their life to the water, I got cold feet and chickened out at the last minute.

Then I settled for flatwater rafting which wasn’t as adventurous as whitewater rafting, but at least I didn’t have to worry about going overboard and becoming food for the crocodiles.

I prefer to be on the safe side. If I threw my caution to the wind and had a risky experience and something bad came over, that will leave a trace behind like a bad memory I would never forget and I will be phobic against the whole process and maybe risking in general.
