Many people even shop online to collect unique things that remind them of their favorite players or sports teams. These collected items are memorabilia.
Memorabilia help us keep our memories alive. Recently, the US football team the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl. Super Bowl winners are always very popular, and people want to collect memorabilia from these teams. Tom Brady is the quarterback for the New England Patriots. After the 2017 Super Bowl, someone took the shirt that he wore during the game. He’s sad not to have the shirt, but he knows that it will be valuable memorabilia for whoever took it.
