Most of us know Jennifer Aniston as Rachel on the popular TV show “Friends.” Jennifer is branching out to movies and stars in The Good Girl. Is it worth seeing? Anna saw it last weekend. Listen to her tell John what she thinks.

Anna:  Hey John, I went and saw a movie last week.

John:  What was that?

Anna:  The Good Girl with Jennifer Aniston.

John:  Oh yeah, how was it?

Anna:  I didn’t really want to see it, but it got really good reviews. So based on the reviews, I went.

John:  Was it funny or was it kinda a drama?

Anna:  I didn’t know going in which is funny, usually I do a little bit better research. It was a drama, it was, it had a little bit of a dark side to the whole plot.

John:  I know Jennifer Aniston is pretty good on TV, but can she handle the movies?

Anna:  She did well. Her character is very serious, very unlike her character on TV and she was mostly believable. I definitely recommend seeing it.

John:  Yeah, my girlfriend’s been really interested in it. Should I take her to it?

Anna:  Absolutely. It will give you plenty to talk about.

Many critics have given The Good Girl high marks. Jennifer Aniston plays a completely different character in the movie than Rachel, her character on “Friends.” I think it’s impressive when an actor or actress can switch characters throughout his/her acting career.
There is a rumor that the TV show “Friends” will end in the Spring of 2003. The good news is that we’ll hopefully see more of the cast acting in feature films, such as Jennifer Aniston in The Good Girl.
Which is your favorite “Friends” character? Tell us about it in the Movie Madness message board. We’d love to hear from you.
See ya next week,
