I read such a beautiful statment, and I would love to share it with you.
" It is possible to change people's behavior by changing one's reaction on them"
I have a comment on this statment which is people can make change people behavior once they react kindly and gentle. Actually, you force them to act in good way.
I'd like to see if you have a story which you make people treat you differently. on other word, make people act gentle.
