  remember i have said that he's popular with girls.after i became his sister,some girls began to flatter me.they requested me to pass letters to my brother.at the start,i refused,but they were so hard to deal with that i had to comply to help them.after school,i met him and gave the letters to him,"your admirers".he filled them into pocket without having a look.i was surprised that he even didn't show a little excitement. "why not ask me something?" "about what?" "you know,like if they're beautiful kind of thing."i was waithing for him to reply,but he didn't say anything.he didn't reply the letters,either.i even wondered if he read them.what a pity for those girls.but they kept on writting stupid letters,and i kept on passing them,and he kept on not replying them.    

  on his 17th birthday, i went to his birthday party,bringing my gift and gifts from those girls.in fact,their gifts were much more expensive than mine.everything was fine as it should be.we sang happy birthday to him,he blew out candles and made a wish.he looked high that day and drank a lot of wine.when the party was over,people said goodbye and went back home.i stayed and helped to clear up the table and wash dishes.he was dead drunk,lying on the couch.after i was done,i poured a glass of water,put it on the table and wanna go.suddenly he grabbed my hand and drew me back,i nearly fell down."what?"i was  a little angry.then i found some tears in his eyes.i asked again,with gentle intonation,"what's going on?"                                              (to be continued)
